Cousins of David Manero, Vic and Angelo celebrated each Sunday in the old country, joining the entire family for traditional Italian dinners in Naples, Italy.

Each Sunday, Vic and Angelo would ride their classic Vespa to the market to collect fresh dough ingredients. They then would pick fresh tomatoes straight from the crop vines and gather fresh spices from the family garden. With their just-made dough and fresh ragu, they would stuff pastas and crisp pizzas in their coal-burning oven for the entire family each and every Sunday.

Three generations under the D.O.C. David Manero has brought this authenticity of Italian family Sunday dinners to South Florida every day. From the GARDEN TO THE PLATE, all of the ingredients are fresh and imported from Italy. Even the water for creating the perfect pizza dough is imported from New York City and delivers a light crispy crust.

David Manero carries on family tradition, true to his heritage through wonderful, authentic Italian cuisine you can only find at Vic and Angelo’s.
